Return Policy

With Cash on Delivery you can check the parcel in front of the delivery person before paying. If something is wrong — damaged jar, wrong item — simply refuse the parcel. No cost, no questions.

Changed your mind after delivery? Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange pickup.

For food safety reasons, opened food items (achar, shutki, snacks) cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or not as described, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full — including delivery charges.

Refunds are sent by bKash or Nagad within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item (or the photo evidence for damaged items).
