What we collect, why, and how we protect it.

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, and delivery address — nothing more is required. If you contact us, we keep that conversation to serve you better.
We do not collect passwords or payment card data. bKash/Nagad payments happen inside those apps; we only record the transaction ID you provide.
Your information is used to deliver your order, send order-status SMS, and provide support. We may send occasional offers by SMS or WhatsApp — you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Clarity may record how you move and click on a page; it does not capture what you type into form fields.
When you place an order we also report that purchase to Meta from our server, so our advertising reports stay accurate. Your phone number and name are encrypted (hashed) before being sent — Meta cannot read the original values.
Your cart, wishlist and language choice are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
You can ask us to show or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or email hello@burmesemarket.bd.
